By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

3.2 Information Products

Information products include digital downloads, e-books, video tutorials, and recorded sessions.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods include branded merchandise, printed books, and learning kits.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

You may request a schedule change up to 7 days before the start of a course or session. After that period, no refunds are available due to reserved instructor time and resource planning. If Skillrya cancels a service, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a credit for future use.

4.2 Information Products

Information products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the content. Once the content is accessed or downloaded, it is deemed delivered and no refund applies.

4.3 Physical Goods

For physical goods, you have 30 days from delivery to ship back unused items. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the items in good condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

5. Transfers and Rescheduling

Requests to transfer services to another schedule or participant should be made at least 7 days before the original session. Transfers are subject to availability.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain promotional offers and partner events may be marked as nonrefundable. In such cases, all sales are final due to third-party arrangements and special event planning.
